entitled \u201cHeadaches: Types, Causes, and How to Manage Them.\u201d The seminar was presented by Lecturer Dr. Azal Hammoudi Jumaa and attended by a number of researchers and staff members.<\/p>\n<p>During the seminar, Dr. Azal reviewed the different types of headaches, emphasizing that a headache is not a disease in itself, but rather a symptom of various physical or psychological conditions that may vary in severity and seriousness.<\/p>\n<p>The seminar addressed the following types and regions of headaches:<\/p>\n<p>Migraine (Unilateral Headache)<\/p>\n<p>Headache due to High Blood Pressure<\/p>\n<p>Tension Headache (Resulting from Psychological or Physical Stress)<\/p>\n<p>Cluster Headache<\/p>\n<p>Headache due to Sinusitis<\/p>\n<p>General Headache (Affecting the Whole Head)<\/p>\n<p>Seminar Recommendations:<\/p>\n<p>Dr. Azal Hammoudi concluded the seminar with general recommendations for headache prevention, including:<\/p>\n<p>Maintaining a healthy lifestyle<\/p>\n<p>Avoiding excessive psychological stress<\/p>\n<p>Drinking adequate amounts of water<\/p>\n<p>Maintaining regular sleep patterns<\/p>\n<p>Consulting a physician in cases of recurring headaches or if unusual symptoms accompany the
